📝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Health Report Reader ("App") from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

⚕️ 2. Medical Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice)

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with questions concerning medical symptoms or test results. Never delay seeking or disregard professional medical advice because of information presented in this app. If you believe you have a medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services (e.g. 911, 112, or local equivalent).

💳 3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2(c), the following auto-renewable subscription terms apply to premium purchases within Health Report Reader:

• Subscription Tiers: Premium access is available via Weekly, Monthly, or Annual auto-renewable subscription options. Current prices and trial durations (if available) are clearly displayed on the in-app purchase paywall before payment confirmation.
• Payment & Charging: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account (for Android users) upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription cycle.
• Account Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-applicable standard renewal price.
• Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscription anytime through your device account settings:
  • iOS: Settings → [Your Apple ID Name] → Subscriptions → Health Report Reader → Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Health Report Reader → Cancel.
• Unused Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

🤖 4. AI Features & Data Processing

Health Report Reader utilizes optical character recognition (OCR) and third-party AI technology (Google Gemini API) to read, structure, and summarize health documents.

• AI outputs and metric interpretations are probabilistic and generated for organizational assistance only.
• Users are advised to always cross-reference extracted numbers with their original paper/PDF laboratory test sheets.
• Document text is transmitted securely and is never used to train public foundation models without user consent.

🔑 5. Limited License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Health Report Reader on supported mobile devices strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, lease, or resell the App or its intellectual property.

🔒 6. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, processed, and protected.

⏹️ 7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App and all associated data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

For applications downloaded via the Apple App Store, this Agreement incorporates and complies with the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
