This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, transmit, and protect your information when you use our mobile applications on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). We are committed to transparency regarding health data privacy and AI usage.

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) and 5.1.2(i), we explicitly disclose our use of third-party Artificial Intelligence services to analyze and structure medical documents.
We transmit document text to Google Gemini API (Google LLC Cloud Services), an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence platform.
Before any document text is transmitted to Google Gemini API, the app presents an explicit AI Disclosure & Consent prompt requiring affirmative action ("Accept & Continue"). Users may review or revoke their AI processing consent at any time inside the app under Profile → Legal & Support → AI Privacy & Data Disclosure.
🛡️ Google Gemini API provides equal or greater data protection: All data is encrypted via TLS in transit, processed ephemerally in Google's secure cloud infrastructure, and is NOT used to train public AI foundation models.
